We’ve been asked by Access Training to get involved to help them reposition their brand. Access are one of the region’s most successful training providers and have been around for over 20 years. They have supported employers to develop their workforce in line with business objectives, have helped employees realise their own aspirations and potential, and have helped over 4,000 young people into employment on their chosen career ladder through apprenticeships – including Phil, who’s now charged with going back and helping the people who helped him 15 years ago! It’s early days as yet, but along with our friends at WoodHolmes group we’ve already started thinking about the structure of the organisation and how it’s set up to tackle the next 20 years.
