We’re currently wanting to hear from talented individuals looking for their next move. If you’ve got agency experience, enthusiasm and are looking to join a small busy team with a great range of clients, then read on.

Digital Marketing Executive – Salary Range: £22,000 – £28,000

Are you an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive with an excellent head for writing? Have you got experience of working in a creative agency? We’re looking for someone to plan, execute and develop overall digital marketing strategies on a month-by-month basis for a variety of our clients – in both the consumer and B2B sectors. You will be passionate about digital technologies and be confident at marketing across the different social media platforms. As well as the usual social knowledge (including LinkedIn), you will need to know the ins and outs of email marketing too – from writing and running the campaigns to interrogating the results. We’d also be looking to you to manage and improve online content for our clients, so considering SEO and a grasp of Google Analytics would be advantageous. Day-to-day you’ll be working alongside other creatives – sometimes in teams but often under your own steam. You will get to work with a broad range of brands. A typical day will see you working on a LinkedIn campaign to sell roof paint and an email campaign for a luxury hotel, so you’ll need to be comfortable juggling plates, channels and ToV. We’re a small team, and we’re all responsible for taking a client’s thoughts or comments so experience and confidence with clients is a must. And along with everyone else, you’ll be expected to spot opportunities during client engagement that would create revenue opportunities for the agency. You’ll have a keen eye for detail when it comes to writing, as well as take a keen interest in the sector and everything ‘creative’.

Middleweight Designer – Salary Range: £26,000 – £30,000

Our busy studio needs a talented Middleweight Designer with at least four years of agency experience. As part of the creative team, you will be responsible for multiple streams of work for a range of clients in various sectors – no two days are the same. You’ll need a to be a conceptual thinker as well as having an eye for design and typography. This role will see you supporting the creative team and clients to generate ideas that are strategically lead, but you’re not just a thinker, you’re a doer too – crafting work that will span across multiple channels such as brochures, websites, social media, PPC advertising, film and animation. You are confident and happy talking with and presenting to clients directly, and you can demonstrate a history of managing your projects and workload. To produce this work, you’ll have excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD, InDesign and Illustrator) and experience of After Effects or some other animation programme would be advantageous.

Creative Copywriter – Salary Range: £26,000 – £30,000

We’re on the lookout for a writer to work on a wide range of projects across a range of disciplines – including creative campaigns and digital assets (such as brochures and magazines, social content, email campaigns, press-ads and digital display assets). As the only writer in our team, you’re going to be busy working across all clients in a range of sectors. You’re going to have sole responsibility for everything written that leaves the studio – for clients and us, so confidence to work on your own and an ability to work under pressure is essential. Day-to-day you’ll be supporting the other creatives, and you will get to work with a broad range of brands. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling plates, channels and ToV. You’ll be responsible for taking a client’s thoughts or comments (rarely a brief) and generating original copy that grabs the attention of the target audience – and help your creative peers in bringing the words to life in exciting ways that can be presented to the client. And along with everyone else, you’ll be expected to spot opportunities during client engagement that would create revenue opportunities for the agency. You’ll have a keen eye for detail when it comes to writing, as well as take a keen interest in the sector and everything ‘creative’.
