We recently helped the Reece Group engage with aspiring young engineers at the Discovery School in Newcastle upon Tyne.
The Discovery School is an innovative, industry-driven technical school for 14-19 year olds, with the aim of providing high quality training for individuals who want a career in the modern engineering industry.
During an open evening the Reece Group, along with representatives from a number of other local businesses, were present to talk with prospective students and parents about the career opportunities available from gaining qualifications in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subjects.
We helped the Reece Group with communication pieces aimed at highlighting the exciting career opportunities available within the group. Literature was designed to have a fresh appeal to the young people attending as well as being informative and engaging. We included case studies of individuals already working within the group to show ‘a day in the life’ of a range of exciting careers.
